My daughter and I hosted our 6th annual Night of Mystery party with a trip to Margaritaland! This is the anticipated event of the year for our friends, and I have to say it was the best. We love setting the scene and mood long before the party starts by creating a Facebook Group for all our guests. Here we share teasers, announcements, ideas for food, costumes, and just general chatter. And it’s a great way to share all the pictures afterwards.
They were then directed to the Tiki Bar where they picked up their personalized glass containing a layered cocktail. Once it was “game on” everyone was sleuthing, conniving, and eating and drinking. Everyone loved playing their characters and all the scandalous twists and turns. Of 27 guests, only 3 were Smoking guns. We had awards and prizes for our winners, took a multitude of group photos, and enjoyed some dancing. Some of our guest even enjoyed the Cupid Shuffle in the pool. Even the dogs got in on the act.
